| House favorites at Dutch executive chef Richard Ekkebus's plush eatery include Tasmanian salmon charcoal-smoked and served warm, and crab served in "five textures and four temperatures"-aspic, salad, foam, hot bisque and ice cream. Lunchtime sets, which change weekly, of either two or three seasonal courses are popular with busy executives. It's a shame to rush the likes of lamb duo confit and glazed white coco beans, so take your time and order one of the light desserts as well-you can't go wrong with the Pavlova strawberry and mascarpone. |
